Anyone else seeing constantly "Passport does not have the package yet" for their tracking status?

anyone else having this issue lately? for me an order was placed on the 10th of March and I got an initial delivery date of 19th to 23rd March, i kept on seeing the tracking status as "Passport does not have the package yet. Your estimated delivery date will be updated once we receive it." and it never changed once nor did i got the package, I contacted support after 23rd and they placed a replacement for me but even for the replacement order I am seeing the same status as "Passport does not have the package yet. Your estimated delivery date will be updated once we receive it." for a week now, normally status used to start changing within 2 days of order placement. I am from a south asian country so my Package used to make a stop at Dubai and I understand there can be a delay as its a conflict zone at the moment but i dont know how logistics work so asked chatgpt abt it and it told me to have any effect of war on your package it first need to get into the system, your package hasnt even gotten inside the system yet.
anyone else having similar issue? I plan to contact support again once the expected delivery date has passed

Yes, this happens when the package hasn’t entered the courier’s system yet. Tracking won’t update until it’s scanned at the first hub. Delays are common with international shipments, especially through regions affected by conflict. Contacting support after the expected delivery date is the right move to confirm the package is physically with the courier.

Yeah I would have been patient if I knew for sure that the delay was due to the conflict, but the reply I got from the support stated that the first package left the warehouse and something might have happened during transit and they kindly ordered a replacement too, let's see what they tell me after a couple of days when the expected delivery date passes, fingers crossed for not having a need to contact them altogether and the package arriving at my doorstep safe and sound, though the tracking still has not changed as of writing this

Just wanted to post in an update for this one, upon contacting support they offered to send in a replacement for the third time and that too was for a SNC win, and even changed the delivery service from passport to UPS. Though I was charged customs and a processing & PSW charges which I have never been charged before for a T11 SNC win, but I paid it cuz i was happy just to see the package at my place finally
