I have a lil christmas list going and i'm wondering if any of these are good, or if any of them are bad. I'm trying to look for strong mentalist effects, visual card magic, and dvds that teach multiple tricks. By the way i'm between intermediate and hard as to tricks so if any of the teaching dvd's are really easy material let me know!

-born to perform card magic with oz pearlmen
- Perfection by oz pearlmen
- In the trenches with Paul Green
- Bunch of E decks

Ok so that's pretty much it, and again i am no begginer i know a lot about magic and many sleights. Are there any dvd's i should be getting like those Kard Klub or whatevers from E? Well hope you guys can make some suggestions and tell me if the ones on my list are any good

Those sounds like some good DVD's in the trneches is really good and perfection is awesome. I do not know about born to perform card magic though because I do not have it. E decks re pretty awesome but check out T11's decks too they are awesome as well.

If you're between intermediate and advanced as you say, Born to Perform may be too easy for you. If you're actually at that level, I'd recommend looking at Maximum Entertainment and Five Points of Magic. Knowing a lot of tricks or sleights doesn't determine your skill level, and magic is far more than just that. As far as tricks go - look up The Devil's Picturebook, it has card magic as well as some card related mentalism. It's probably best to look for stuff yourself though and ask about it here - since you as a magician will know your direction and the type of effects you like better than us.

my world of magic
if you want E deck, i recomend you pick Ghost (for white Deck) and Shadow Master (for black deck)
else, i like them, but i never use them for my reguler performance....
either becos they're more expensive, and many minor issues...
black tiger : i don't like the white egdes
viper : too slick, too expensive
vintage : worst finish
master edition : just a bit different from a reguler bike, but 4 times more expensive, not worhted
black ghost : this one do fine, but i like shadow better...

for E dvds, it depends your skill

for me, the basic E dvds such as Crash Course 1 and How to do Street Magic are still the best...
teach classic tricks that blow people's mind

also
project 3 DVD series from daniel garcia (lots of great stuff here, but not for novice)
loop 3 DVD series (my fav gimmick, dont forget to buy a bundle of yigal mesika's loop or two)

other single tricks that E sell also good, such as
Stigmata n Indecent by W:H(easy, simple to perform, yet unbelivable effect) <-- both tricks can be combined for the famous ambitious card routine, neat huh?
de'ring by De'vo (bored with card trick, this one is the most visual trick using a wierd object, a finger ring..., need a lot of practice, but it's so impromtu)
else, i don't like it too much...especially the bullet and sealed...both trick are so similar...and can't be done in surround situation

if you looking for lots of trick in 1 DVD, try classic trick from classic magicians
you can find a lot of good stuff in L&L and A-1 multimedia
http://www.a1magicalmedia.com/
http://www.llpub.com/

or, you can find their DVDs on your local magic shop...
