Are these rare?

Hi everyone!

I know that the Golden Nugget cards are rare, but i also know that there were two diferent versions of the golden nugget cards. I believe that these ones: http://thumbs4.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/mbgyvWYN0tqTRqnf9je2KcQ.jpg are the second edition that were used on actuall casino games and not just as a gift from the casino ( correct me if i am wrong). So what i want to know is if these second ones are still considered rare.

They are mostly going to have clipped corners when they have a gold seal like that from the casino. It's very hard to come across completely factory sealed ones that haven't been used and those are pretty rare from what I've seen.
