Not sure about what the question is actually about.
But, if you are looking for good resources to learn hand mucking, i recommend checking George Joseph's notes "Hand Mucking" (that basically includes enough information on the topic).
If you want to examine in depth some palming techniques (not the classic ones) i recommend Dan MacMillan's "The Gambler's Palm Revisited" that, of course, includes the MacMillan Switch.
Keep in mind that the latter switch is actually named "One-hand turn over switch" in the notes.
I have both, so if you (or anyone reading) have any question feel free to ask.

Forget about mucks and learn a few self working card tricks that are easy to do. I take it that your just starting out. The George Joseph's book is a good place to start for hand mucking and also the Jeff Wessmiller dvd has some decent mucks in it as well.
