Hey y'all,

Usually I stay off the main forum board when I talk about Murphy's lectures but this time it is a little different. This coming Wednesday (Feb. 18, 2015) Jeff Mcbride will be lecturing.

They will be filming the lecture on location at his home in Vegas and so they will not be able to take live questions as they normally would. To help him still take your questions though they are going to be taking questions all week that will be answered the day of the lecture.

This is a great opportunity to ask a true master about his craft. You can still get your questions into Skype. Skype name: At_The_Table as long as you get them in by 5pm PST on Saturday, Feb 14th.

This is a great opportunity!

Thanks Josh!

Jeff is awesome, I bought his The Art of Card Manipulation - Set (Vols. 1-3) back in 2001 and consider them one of my favorite DVD series.

Some more questions for the great Jeff McBride! The order is not important but I would still ask the T11 question from the other thread last since that one would get the longest answer and we might not have time for the other questions.

What was the most amazing thing that ever happened in your experience with magic? Was it in a professional setting or an informal one?

After which effect did you feel, “This is probably the best ever magic effect I’ve ever performed and anything after this could never top it”? Was there any such effect?

Assuming you have unlimited money, if you could invent one thing for the betterment of our magic, what would that be? The invention can be of close-up nature, stage illusions or any others you can think of. This question takes on a more technological flavor rather than sleight of hand, as we all know you are the master of inventions of those!

Looking at the fictional literature we have several sorcery tools such as flying carpets, invisible cloaks, magic wands (Harry Potter style), flying brooms, love potions, magic spells and many others. If you had to choose one that you would want to exist for real, which one would you like? If you could never have that tool, only others could, would your answer change?

Looking at the fictional literature we have several magical creatures such as werewolves, vampires, zombies, unicorns, sphinx, dragons, fairies, centaurs and many others. If you had to choose one that you would want to exist for real, which one would it be? If you could also be that magical creature, would your answer change?

If you were able to choose any time in mankind history to be born in, which century or period would you choose?

What is the most rewarding thing about being a professional magician?

Jeff Mcbride, you are an absolute legend! Thank you! :)
