Ricky Jay creates most of his work. The signed card to sealed deck is an old trick that's been done by a few people. Shane Black's system looks great (want to pick it up but can't afford it yet), Shawn Farquhar is releasing Signed, Sealed and Delivered later this year ... There's another by Greg Gleason. Those are just off the top of my head.

Just please don't copy Ricky's presentation. That would be very lame.
