Just curious: has anyone who won a physical product (as opposed to say a digital gift card/points) received their item yet? Sent my info back in early January and haven't heard a peep since; no shipping confirmation or anything.

I spun two wins. One was a Silver Artisan Deck. And i received it about a month later.
If you read some more replies to this thread, you will see there is sometimes a little wait.
I would suggest a gentle message, to theory11 to see whats happening. And they will get back to you.

“Rare Card Collection”. I did what was asked, but so far have received nothing. I did get a free Silver Artisan deck (very nice) for hitting Elite Member status, but everything read as two different prizes.

I too got free deck for Elite status.
If you have tried the "contact us" on the website.
Send a polite message to the same email that sent you details regarding your elite card, or deck details...and maybe attach the screenshot of your win.
See if that gets an answer.

I also have been experiencing some radio silence. Won the grand prize a few months back, sent over my contact info and address and then just… nothing. Not order update, no delivery status. followed up three times with zero response. Starting to feel like im being ghosted haha

I had the exact same issue yesterday. Last free entry was received at 4:22PM the day before, and I got that pesky error message of one spin per 24 hour period all the way to 11PM. I even wrote to support and here's what they answered (if it can help anyone).

Thanks for reaching out! You can claim one free spin every 24 hours. The free spin is not automatically sent to you every day, you need to go to every 24 hours to claim each spin. Come back every day for another shot! Remember - every new spin you earn uses a NEW link, so any links you have to old spins don't do any good once you use the spins.
Spins are restricted to one per IP address per 24 hours. If friends or family on the same internet connection are trying to spin, you will need to use a different connection or contact blidz for assistance.
If the page is showing an error after the 24 hours are up, you may need to clear your cache/cookies on your browser and hard refresh the page; this should then make your spin available if you have waited 24 hours since your last spin.
