Hey guys I ordered my black JAQK playing cards two weeks ago on black Friday and they still have not arrived is anyone els having this issue?

I am having this issue too. It could be something to do with the fact that millions more packages than usual are being sent this time of year. Or maybe Christmas elves turned evil and are playing poker for real money in Santa's basement with your JAQKS right now.

That seems like the most logical explanation.

On a serious note, though, you're not alone. I think Formula is right in that they are just dealing with a high volume of orders.

I have received mine but it did take a little longer then normal most likely because of the Christmas and holiday season. BTW the BLACK JAQK cards are awesome!
