How do I know that the cards I buy from Ebay is the real deal? (not fake)

You probably won't be able to tell very well until you see how they handle and feel. I would highly recommend purchasing Bicycles cards at Walmart, Sam's Club or Costco's. You can get them for just a tad over a $1.00 a deck.

I bought some decks at bicyclecards.com, that should be the real deal?

If you purchased from bicylcecards.com then they are fine. Your first post said you bought them off of ebay.
