I saw a very good magic where it was finished with the letter in the mouth with the magician pointed at his mouth, does anyone know what it is?

Card to Mouth is normally performed during an Ambitious routine, however I would do so with caution as many clients/spectators then don't want to touch the cards or deck. Especially when you are working a strolling gig or restaurant. It's just gross to have cards in mouth in that type of setting. Eric Jones recommends putting it in your top suit coat pocket.

Most of the time I like to put the card behind the lens of my glasses.

David stone's "French Kiss" may be a good option. That card ends up folded inside the mouth. He then places the folded card inside a baggie so that the guest can keep it without having to touch it.

I 100% agree however that you should not be performing C2M in any situation where guests are eating.
