First off - Never say things like, "I have a shuffled deck" or "normal cards". Why would it be anything other than a normal deck of cards? I can see you shuffling, why do you tell me that's what you're doing?
Why are you telling me the colors are randomly distributed only to sort them between red and black? Why am I watching your set up? This is what those in the business call, "Dead time" - it's boring to watch your hands floating there jogging cards up. If this was a video I had just stumbled across, I would have already turned it off.
More sportscasting patter. If the only thing you can think of to say is a direct statement of what you're doing - you're not ready to perform the trick yet.
Why did your hands go so far to the side to do a supposed normal cut? Extremely fishy - bad blocking. If you are performing a sleight and don't feel confident enough to do it while being watched, you're not ready to perform the trick yet.
If it was really all the black cards there, why did you have to take the time to riffle to an exact spot? It's obvious that you're up to something.
Need to work on your shuffles.
Sports casting.
Woops! Missed that sleight. You should have reshot at this point.
"Just like humans have a natural and biological watch, magicians themselves have one with their decks, so they can control it." - What? I think this may have an issue with translation but it just doesn't make sense.
Now you're trying to have a real script but it's just .. bad. I'm sorry to be so blunt but you're clearly just saying words in order to justify what's going on. What you're saying is clearly fake and forced so it doesn't serve any better than sportscasting patter to engage the audience. Therefore, it's not serving its purpose at all and people are still just watching your hands. The final reveal is lackluster at best - This trick had no climax, it just seemed to keep going until it stopped.
Furthermore - Why did I just watch 3:14 of a 'performance' and still have no idea what you look like? Why am I just staring at hands floating in space with cards? I'll give you props for not having a shot with your crotch as the back drop, but this is only less disturbing, not more interesting.
If I were you I would scrap the entire trick and start over. Work on the sleights until you can perform them up to speed and then create a real presentation.
