Card Switching Device

Hi all,

Could anyone point me in the right direction as to where to research what Card Switching devices do and what kind of effects can be obtained by using them? I am looking into purchasing one (particularly M-Case or Mint Box) but before I make a purchase I want to make sure it accomplishes what I think it does.

I read a clever card switch in this book... The Aretalogy of Vanni Bossi by Stephen Minch
It uses a peanut can in an unsuspecting way and you can construct it with a few items you probably already have. The gimmick construction can be built under a few dollars.

IDK if this will help, but look for a card case shell. It is used for switching out a deck for another. Like if you wanted to switch out a deck that is in use for a stacked one.
