sry bro lol i was jumpin in the shower um what i mean by safe is alot of sites are scams so what i need is a site to make custom cards that is cheap.

The United States Playing Card Company have something that may interest you: here.

However, they can't afford to run just a few hundred, their machines need to be tampered with in order for the designs to run smoothly. The site says; "Minimum run size of 10,000 decks for any Custom run." So be prepared to pay a pretty penny to any company you choose to do this from.

You should look up some of the Spanish playing card makers
they do good quality cards and also make customs for a smaller minimum order.

If I'm ever rich... one of the first things on my list to have my own decks printed. That would be awesome...
