Those are red Jerry's Nuggets, they come in blue as well. They're very expensive for originals, around $300, but you can find reprints of them on eBay for under $20! Hope those are the cards your talking about.

On ebay, they sell many Fake Jerry Nuggets for the same price as the real one! :/

They appear to be out of stock from that site, but I'm sure there are alternate sources. Think I've seen them on the shelf at Tannen's, for example. ;-)

The next best thing in terms of overall design and feel would probably be the Wynn decks. You can find Brown Wynns in the Archive here at theory11. The other two colors, violet and red, are tougher to find. You can find those on ebay, but be careful. You want to find Wynns that have UNCUT CORNERS. They're annoying to find, but they're certainly cheaper than Jerry's.
