Hey guys... I made a new video of the impossible change with a trick in it so that you guys can see the applications for it.... i renamed the change to the centurion change... cause i thought that that sounded better than the impossible change... so tell me what you think of the change/video.

Wow, great job on this new vid :)

It looks much more fluid than the last one. I can tell you've put a lot of time into polishing this change, it really shows.

If this is truly an original change, then do yourself a favor: Keep perfecting it, and hold on to it for dear life. ;)

well the name is certainly much more fan boy-ish... but i wouldnt say a better name. But from the looks of your channel, you really love t11...

I'm not so sure that it is original but... ill hold on to it anyway...cause you never know!:D
 
Word to the wise mate:

Magicians always leave clues as to how their moves work by going out of their way to show everything that CAN be shown - which only highlights what CAN'T be shown. I'll say no more so as to not tip it, but just watch out for that tendancy - it gets us all. My golden rule for creating magic is this: "Just because you CAN, doesn't mean that you SHOULD".

I will summarize it a bit for you here though. You know when doing a classic pass, or clip shift, or actually, many sleights, where there is a small sound (maybe a flick, or click, or slide noise from the cards) that you wish you could eliminate completely to divert attention from the sleight? Well, visual noise is just like that.

Why do you have to spin and flick the card EVERY DAMN time you pick a card up? It is completely unnecessary and on the contrary to what many magicians think, bad for the presentation. An occasional card spin AFTER a revelation has a purpose at times, but overly doing something is NEVER good.

Simplicity is the most overlooked but most necessary aspect of slight of hand for most new magicians / even some decently seasoned magicians.


Basic blunt advice: Take all of your unneccessary card handling (flicks, spins, tosses, bends, etc...) and flush em down the crapper. Presentation wise, it is exactly the same as using EVERY single editing feature the software provides, for the main reasons of that it is just there and usable, but all in all, all you do is end up completely butchering what could have been a good video / trick.
 
To be honest. I hate the change. I don;t like the huge, fast, not-smooth shaking of the deck. but, thats just me.
