Condition is used. Besides you would have to pay 10 dollars to get in the vault and penguin sells it for the same price. You also wouldn't get the bonus flourishing video.
The vault is a place where only trilogist and systemers are allowed to visit at the D&D forums. There are some free tutorials there and videos that aren't on the dvds. To gain access to the vault you have to either buy the trilogy or the system from theory11 or there website and send the administrators of teh site or the bucks a picture of you holding the dvds and you will gain access to the vault. The bonus flourishing video which can be found in the vault or gained when buying the trilogy from theory11, a 2 minute flourishing video with the bucks at las vegas. If you buy the trilogy from dananddave.com you get in the vault free. If you buy it from anywhere else, you have to pay $10.
