Clipshift Help!

After practicing the clipshift for a hour my index finger seems to be bruised on the first joint by the nail....does anyone have this problem and if so how did you fix it?

If you do it excessively then yes. You should see my middle finger, it's pretty torn up .

Same happened with me , just rest your finger

Yeah, my first joint on my index finger is bruised, and the inside of my middle finger is shredded.
