Yes. Easily. You notice how stiff everything seems? That's one of the biggest give aways.

Putting a nozzle of coke beneath table of second glass and someone synchronizing with the flow in first glass?

Are mirrored glasses commercially available?
Also in the video stream of coke is being shown till the bottom of left glass which mirrored glass cannot do.

It's definitely a camera trick. You get a feel for what is possible over time spent in magic. Also, knowing a magician's history and reputation helps.
