Counterfeit question

I was thinking about buying Counterfeit by Wayne Houchin, but when i went to buy it, there were three options:
DVD
Download
DVD+download
I wanted to know, if i bought the download version, would i just get a video or would i have to wait for something to ship to my house? (gimmick, deck etc.)

By "download" i meant to say HD streaming, sorry.

The DVD is a physical, shipped DVD.

The Download / HD Streaming is a video file you can view within a couple of minutes after you order.

The DVD + Download option is both a video file you can view NOW, and a physical DVD that is shipped to you for LATER.
