D+M Sales Support

im not sure if this is the right section to post this in, but I have a question about d+m site.

I ordered his book ONE about three weeks ago, havent got it yet so i sent them an email to his sales support about three days ago. I know i havent gave it much time, but i was wondering if anyone else has had any trouble ordering from his site?

Yeah, in case you didn't know, ONE is an e-book. This means you won't receive anything in the mail. If you ordered it, you should had gotten an e-mail to actually download the book. Hope this helps.
