NEVER GOT IT

they wont answer my support ticket -.- why? idk....maybe its not a business day or somthing.....hell if i know....o.O

Support tickets are answered within 12 business hours. Many times, they end up in your spam/junk folder, and therefore you may want to check there.

nope, i'm in south carolina (isn't the theory11 place in charelston SC?) they should walk down here and give it to me =D

Support tickets are almost always answered within minutes (hours at most) on weekdays during normal business hours. Sometimes we observe abnormal business hours, but that depends on how much red bull we have stocked up in the official t11 refrigerator.

That said, we guarantee responses within 12 business hours. That said, I just jumped in and wanted to respond to your ticket personally, so I did... check yo' email!
 
You know its 1-4 BUISNESS DAYS! Meaning week days and not including the day you bought it.And How do we know you ordered it you don't even know the name of the trick?

and Thats not a long enough time to complain about....like theory11 controls the mail,come on.
