Digital Dissolve

I don't believe Dan White goes over a specific handling to do so on the video, but it would be extremely easy to develop your own way to allow spectators inspect everything before and after the effect. When Digital Dissolve first came out on the market, I used it after a Coins Across routine. I let everyone see and examine the coins during this effect and it allowed LOADS of misdirection to apply the gimmick to prepare for the Digital Dissolve transposition. It's a very simple effect and if you have any fundamental background in close-up or coin magic, I'm sure you won't have a problem handing the props out for examination the way you want.
