Hey, i'm planning on purchasing some d'lites but i have one question. I dunno whether to get the adult or junior size. I'm 14 years old and i have medium hands for my age. So if anyone can help that'd be great. Thanks!

Get the adult ones, they may still be to small, but my friends got the junior and I can't use them at all.
oh one more thing, do the d'lites come with a dvd? I'm planning on ordering a pair of blue or red ones.
