Do you need a blue-ray dvd to watch a t11 dvd?

Do you need a blue-ray dvd or something like that to watch a t11 dvd or can it be seen in a normal dvd reader?
Its just that im going to buy Panic and I came with that doubt
Please tell me xD

The dvd will work in your player. Its not a blu-ray disc.
