Download Problems

I've made a recent purchase of several products. However, all my downloads have been unsuccessful. I am using WinZip and I get the "Unexpected end of Archive" warning everytime. Up to date, I have now used up all my accesses on the Dancy Revelation and I am running out of my other accesses, but trying repeatedly doesn't seem to be helping as the result is the same every time ("Unexpected end of Archive"). Also, the video file inside the WinZip app has a size of 0. This is after I spend 8 minutes downloading. Any advice would help, and if there would be someway to get more accesses to the products that I've already used all the accesses up on it would be much appreciated. aaaahhhhh HELP!:(

New Problem

I just attempted downloading Realtime by Dan and Dave, this time the download happened instantly without any time to download. In more detail, I clicked download and it finished in the blink of an eye without any loading bar, pop up window, nothing... I clicked it and WinZip didn't even open, i just got a "this file is damaged" warning.
 
'Unexpected end of Archive' means the file is broken or incomplete. Make sure your net is connected the whole time the download is downloading. Like if your on Wi-fi it might drop out half way through. Try clearing your Temp files and cache. And contact t11 for support.
