Downloading Problems

hi everyone, i bought Control(download) today and every time i try to download it stops at the middle of the process, dont have an error or anything it just says download finish.
this is the second time it happends to me, please i need help, i have 2 more attemps to download it.

Make sure you aren't having any problems with your Internet Connection. If the problem still persists submit a ticket to Theory11 Support and you will receive a reply within 12 business hours.
