It would seem that Ellusionist no longer sells these decks on their website. But, if you'll settle for the performance coat edition instead of the UV-500 Air Flow version, they're still around on eBay (which is where I bought mine).
I used to buy the Master's Decks, throw the box away and just put them in regular bicycle boxes when performing paid gigs. I loved the feeling of the thick stock for sure.
