"Fake exposure"

Well first off, let me say hello. My name is Alex, I have been practicing magic for about ten years, and been really serious for about the last 4 or five.
What brings me to theory-11? Well I had an acquaintance who came up to me and said , "i know how you did that cell phone in the balloon thing, i saw it on youtube." He then showed me how it was done, but it was so far from the truth, it made me laugh. I found out it was a part of a "create a fake tutorial competition" that started here and i just wanted to say, you guys are awesome!

the even better fake tutorials are the Dresscode ones.. look them up on youtube, they're pretty funny and amusing =)

haha, oh yes.
i remember this little saturday night contest. it was quite fun if i do say so myself. i did jacobs ladder from SYMPHONY.
there were a lot of good fake tutorials made by the awesome members here at theory11.

Ha ha, that's wicked. I sometimes feel bad because of all the hate mail I get from Magicians who say I'm ruining the art. Well, I'm glad the idea helped someone!
