Hey guys,

Whenever I put up a new trick I always come here because everyone always gives me the best feedback I can get! Anyway I posted a new video today and it can be seen here

Sorry if the quality isn't very good, my brother has the camera and he is away currently, so I had to use the digital camera.

Anyway, please give me some feedback either here, or comment/rate right on Youtube.

Thanks guys,

Sanj

Edit: If somebody could tell me the name of the first shuffle I did that would be helpful, I sort of made it up... it's really basic, I am just beginning at shuffling...etc.

The rise was good, but it's not the S.W. Elevator ;) and you kind of flashed the last rise to the top. The half vanish was okay looking, but it went far too quickly, the whole thing about the half vanish (from my understanding) is that it's a slow vanish of one half of the card at a time, really visual.

Just my thoughts on the video, I know you only had a digital camera, but the added effects didn't help the viewing process either.

Keep working on it, get it all smooth and flowing and exactly how you want it to look. :)

hmm....

My problem with the video is that I can not judge your ability to perform this move. There is a sound problem in this trick that is covered with music on the video. Webcam is way too blurry when it comes to quick movement so I don´t know how visible the displacement of the card is irl. All in all it looks nice on your video but I have no idea what it would look like live.

This can be said about many invisible pass videos on youtube as well . You get soo much cover by doing it for a webcam that it is a quite pointless demonstration.

Yes I am sorry, that is true. Many people use the webcam's slow processing to their advantage however I did not. I can put up a live performance of it if you want? Anyway, how should I improve it? Sorry if this "wasted" your time, I am just into elevator effects right now and I thought this one was cool so I posted it.

That flourish you did in the beginning wanted me to make me gag. That was not Chris Kenner's elevator which was explained in the first post. It was good, but you seemed too stiff. Relax and make it smoother.
