Hi. I just bought something from theory11 for the first time. How long should the delivery take? It’s been about 2 days now and it still says packaging. Also, will it come to my door, or my mailbox? Thanks.

You'll get an email telling you when it's been shipped. Since it's the holidays, I imagine they would be backed up with orders. Also, Christmas is in a couple days so I wouldn't expect it to be shipped until after then.
As for delivery, I think it depends on what method you choose. Standard mail would likely go to your mail box while services like DHL will go to your door. I'm Canadian though so your experience may vary

They aren't a big operation like Amazon, so just keep that in mind.
I had a package arrive that still showed "packaging", so I think sometimes the online order status does not update right away. A few hours after I already received the package I got the notification that the order had shipped

Our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays either, so keep that in mind. Our warehouse closed last Friday evening, and just opened this week on Wednesday morning due to the weekend and holiday.

Since it opened back up yesterday, would that mean it has left the warehouse by now?
