Flourishing and Cards

I have two questions for you guys:

1) What are the best cards for flourishing. I mean about decks that are actual easy to buy. So no extreme rare and/or expensive decks please.
2) What is the difference between Cardistry and Flourishing?

Tally Ho Circle Back is the best, better than fanback. Cardistry and Flourishing is basically the same thing. Tally Ho Circle Back used to be sold in Penguinmagic for $2.99 for each deck, but sadly, it is out of stock now.

Tallies are the best for the least expensive price
I heard Massas are amazing for cuts too but they are terrible for fans.

there is no difference. only how it looks. the blue fanbacks are my favorite.
