This is my Review on Adam Grace's Latest Effect Frozen
Frozen was Originally was released at $250 on Adams site he realised some problems and took it down.
Effect
Ask a spectator to wrap his own quarter in a plain napkin you give him. The magician doesn't touch either the napkin or coin until the spectator finally hands it to the magician to demonstrate the freezing. The napkin helps protect from the cold that will occur. [Note: there are no chemicals on the napkin and none in the magician's mouth or on his hands]
Summoning a change in his body temperature, the magician begins to blow freezing air onto the napkin, causing the napkin to become ice cold. He unwraps the quarter and, leaving it sitting by itself on the napkin, without even touching it, he blows on the coin.
The quarter frosts over white and freezes visually. When picked up by a spectator the coin is bitter cold and still white from frost.
Frozen was generated by the mind of Adam Grace. It is workable and practical. Our team noted that in every street performance the spectators had no answer except that Adam must have really changed his body temperature.
History
Adam goes over the history of how the effect came about how he abandoned it and came back to it after a couple of years and how he went to Ellusionist.
Performances
There is probably about 30 minutes or so of performance footage you get to see the versions the way he performs it and how good it really looks.
Teaching
The teaching is great Adam knows what he is talking about. He tells you where to buy the basic gimmicks and items needed for frozen. He goes over why it works how it works and the dangers of it if you are stupid with it.
Napkin Method
He goes over how to prepare everything and how to perform it the sleights needed, when to do, who to do it to and so on. This method looks great you see the Frozen breath freeze the napkin very visual.
Hands-Off Method
This requires a gimmick all the things you can buy at your local kmart, wallmart and so on the gimmick will take a while but you will only need to make one thats all you have seen how visual this looks so i have nothing to say.
Dangers
Now there are some dangers to this effect BUT only if you are being stupid if you are being stupid you more than likely will get hurt if you arent stupid great go for it, its dangerous but not if your stupid follow the simple steps and you will be ok
Overall this is a great effect i have performed the napkin version it looks great even just in practice watching in a mirror you see how cool it is

My Experience
My First time performing frozen was pretty nerve racking but i went and did it this is what happend
i was at a local fast food place with a few friends and i asked one of them to grab a napkin for me and i asked for a coin.
i asked them to put the coin in the napkin and roll it up. I took the napkin and i told them a story about people being able to vary their body temperatures and i told them how DB was in ice and how he could have made him self warmer. Watch closley i said and i started to blow the cold air was coming off the napkin one of my friends touched it and said its cold. I opened up the napkin and put it down on the table and blew on the coin some on lookers watched as the coin froze over the reactions were crazy my friends instantly picked up the coin and dropped it because it was cold it was a fun experience i shall not forget.
