Geoff Williams TnR card is pretty ingenious. He's added a few subtleties and slight improvements on John Mendoza's Ultimate Torn and Restored Card. (Hence the name, Just a Bit More Ultimate than John Mendoza's Ultimate Torn & Restored Card)
I'm a fan of it, the method is simple, it's a double signed TnR, and it is structured very well, leaving your audience entertained and amazed. This one fooled me (little knowledge on TnR plots) at his lecture and I've used it off and on for almost a year. It's one of my favorite Torn and Restored cards.
I'm not familiar with Reformation, so I can't comment on the differences.
Well, the most obvious difference is that Geoff's TnR is NOT a piece by piece restored card : he tears the card into 8 pieces, gathers the pieces together, and then unfolds the restored card. It's not as visual as a piece by piece resoration, but it's much easier.
