I love you Theory11, but
I know I'm not the only one has had problems with the 2013 Holiday Contest.
This is not a frustration like in most cases. We all went through the feelings of "almost" landing on something until the last millisecond the wheel lands on winning something smaller.
This, however, is a problem.
I wanted to stay away from posting these types of issues; I was hoping for a smooth resolve.
3 months have now past and am finally getting a totally different answer from the support team. Messaging with a different person now. I really don't think he knows the whole story.
As with everyone, all are welcome to spin the wheel, right? My stepdad spun the wheel and landed on "Ultimate Brick" and stayed on "Ultimate Brick". The window popped up and showing he had won 100 elite points. By the time a member of the staff picked up the phone or responding to an email, sadly the ultimate brick was already given to a winner. So they said they will get back to me, to see what they can replace it with. 3 months have past and I have contacted them via support page and vmail. No contact back since and now finally receiving an email stating:
"If your browser showed the Ultimate Brick on the wheel, it means that your browser failed to render the html code of the spinner properly."
Really? Seriously?
Why would Theory11 go tell us things, then forget about everything? Then tell me this after 10+ email and several vmails.

I hate to say that they are ignoring me, but I wish they would just contact me and settle this so I don't have to wait another 3 months.
