Cards - Card College series, or Royal Road to Card Magic, Expert Card Technique, The Paper Engine, The Card Magic of LePaul, World's Beyond.
Coins - Bobo's Modern Coin Magic

General Magic - Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic.
