Hand Shadow moves Cards

May I know what is this effect called where hand shadow is used to move cards and reveal the chosen card?

To just move a single card over the table with apparently your hand shadow, you could look for Ben Harris' "Zoom".
But you're talking about moving cards to reveal a chosen card. You probably mean "Haunted deck". there are different version, impromptu and gimmicked.

Google it.

there is one very good version called the "shadow reveal" on the justin miller section in the Guerrilla guide to loops.

I use that one all the time!

There is a beautiful effect called Spooked by Nicholas Einhorn where you put the deck on the floor and then move the top half of the pack back and flick out one card with only the shadows of the hands.
