what kind of magic do you like and what skill level are you?

well Ive only been doing magic for 2years well Im not a beginner and I love Card Magic

Im sure any of those 1-on-1's would do but I cant decide which one to get, I was think the bottom deal b/c Im still going to get it even if I choose another one but if I get The bottom deal I would save more money

Does anyone have Election?

I love it personally.

What you see in the demo is what your spectator sees. And think about it, if they had said yes on any of the pairs that didn't match, the effect that the Yes cards match would be a failure.

It's practical by my standards, there's a set-up sure... but it can be done in front of the specs under the guise of shuffling.

It's not very hard to master technically but presentation will really test how entertaining you can be. Personally I'm intending to buy some ESP cards specifically for this effect, because for me it's the strongest way I can present it.

Of course... this is all just my view on the effect, you're the one who has to decide how far you can take this effect and make it an incredible piece of magic/mentalism.

You little stalker!
First of all, Classic Color Change is free.

Second of all, the best (in my opinion) on that list is Card Manipulation 101 and Election.

The Bottom Deal and Second Deal need alot of practice. They need to be perfected in everything from the technique to the rhythm to the angles. Doing that can take over 5 years. Although you can get a usable bottom or second deal in 1 year. Even though i can look really cool and do lots of tricks and demonstrations with the deals, i don't think i'd commit years of my life for it. if you want to commit yourself, thats fine, go for it.

If you wan to learn Card manipulation, start with Sperry's video. Its awesome.

For glitch, i personally think that a Snap Change has the same impact and that the instant clean-up may be cool but not necessary. Besides, the clean for the Snap Change is easy enough.

If you just want a killer close up trick, like i usually do, get Election. Like Chris Kenner said, this effect may seem simple and impractical, but the impact is much greater than you would expect. So let's recap:

Bottom and Second Deal: Takes a lot of commitment, something i dont find quite worth it.
Card Manipulation: Only if you want to get started in card manipulation and stage card magic.
Election: Good if you're a close-up magic kind of person
Glitch: I think Snap Change is just as good and the instant clean up isn't really needed for a good color change.
Classic Color Change: It's Free!:)

However, i want you to consider this: We can't chose your path for you, you have to decide what you want. Know one else in the world will fit you're style and personality, so no one can suggest a right thing. Perhaps one person will think a trick is awesome but when you buy it you find its the worst trick in the world.

I used to ask questions like this. "Which one should i get?" "Which dvd should i buy?" But on one of the replies to one of these threads, someone said the same this as i said in the paragraph above. I believe it was Sean Raf who told me "We can't decide your path of magic for you. You have to decide which way you want to go with your magic," or something like that. That really made me realize that there's no use in asking on the forums when trying to decide on something.

So i hope this helps.
