I just noticed in the rules... "a physical purchase to receive a spin". So I'm assuming from that, Downloads are excluded. .... bummer. Shipping costs are so high right now.

I noticed the wheel 3 days ago.
First spin 25+ elite points
Second day spin- no luck
Third day spin -250+ elite points

Theory 11 has been one of my top cards since 2014. Back when I was deployed in 2014 I reached out to them to see if they would be willing to donate a few sets to our camp, we played cards evey night and the hunidity destroyed regular bicycle decks. They were kind enough to send us 24 stacks from 4 different sets!

Love the brand! Wish I knew about the elite points, would have purchased more direvtly from them.

Got 2 try against and the 3rd try got $250 gift card! I (i guess almost) never get anything on these. Time to complete some collections and ill be giving out theory11 stocking stuffers now!

Why does this happen sometimes...says come back later...spin every 24hrs...only problem...didn't get my free spin to begin with??? Since I have been playing this for at least the last 6 years...can't understand why problems still exist...Peter in Oz

Wheel seems especially cruel this year - I've had something like 15 spins and I think 10-11 have been No Reward [not even a +1 spin :'( ], the others 10-25 elite points. I wish the lowest prize was even 5 elite points (would cost T1 almost nothing), that way no one walks away with nothing.

Not sure why but went to spin and it says not time yet but past 24 hrs. Maybe a little bug. Not complaining because " I Refuse to look a gift horse in the mouth"!!! Just letting you know👍

Yeah, it's a known bug for the past few years. Never got fixed.

@j.bayme Is this something you can look into?

Send support a message. They seem to be slow on confirmations and shipping at the moment. Took a while to get mine confirmed. I'm interested in what exactly is in the collection, so keeps us informed!
