I learned from a side-show performer, it is where I learned all the sideshow "freak/geek/"shock" " techniques... I hesitate to say "effects" because they are real

the best place to learn is from someone, you can learn from a book... but I would always advise in person for these type of things

To be quite honest I saw someone do it, I then did research on it and tried it with a q-tip. After that it was easy. But don’t do that because it’s not the best way. Have fun it cool and gross thing to do!
