There is a multitude of ways. There is a book from Ricky Jay called Dice. He goes over the different ways dice can be loaded. Not a how to just ways.

to do it properly you would want access to some precision tools. are you jut curious about it? I think it would be far easier to buy the dice already gaffed.

Well no. I spent the money on the book. And unless you already have a workshop full of tools it is gonna get pricey.
