Well most of the artists were already well known names in the magic industry before Theory 11 was around.
I don't just mean the artists. I mean everything else. Filming, editing, support team, whatever there is to it.
Depends on your level of experience with said subject. I am pretty sure they have enough staff working for them at the moment.
I don't wish to work for them, I'm literally just curious how all the staff got started with them. I have a feeling not everybody working there is a magician, or wasn't a magician when they joined the company (the tech support team and Dana Hocking are the ones I'm currently thinking of, there may be more).
