Can someone tell me what body loading is? I'm trying to get into pickpocket magic and I've looked up what I should practice, and it says to do body loading before you try to steal things from people. I hope someone can answer my question.

In simpler terms, put pocketing or loading its like putting a card or a piece of paper with a prediction in their pocket withought them noticing, a trick i would usually do (that gets great reactions) is have the spectator select a card and then "lose it" but i control it to the bottom and then palm it off using a gamblers cop while i hand them the deck and ask them if they want to shuflle it some more and then put the cards back in the box and put the box in their pocket, then i bring up the topic of pickpocketers and i explain how the really good ones know what theyre going for just by looking at your pockets and i tell them that some of them can put theyre hand in your pocket and take money out of your wallet withought taking out your wallet at all, then i tell them that im going to do that but with their card not money, then i walk over to them and with the hand that has the card in a palm i pretend to put my hand in their pocket and pull out the palmed card, you can also use that as a card to anywhere effect,

I think you may have that a bit backwards. . .

Body Loads & Loading usually refers to secretly retained items such as billiard balls in a holder or doves set into the coat, etc.

This depends on context. The OP was asking in the context of pickpocketing routines. In that case, body loading is referring to sneaking things onto the body of your spectator, either in the pocket or on their shoulder or whatever.
