The last vanish is not new. If it hasn't been published, I know at least three other guys (myself included) who came up with it independently. I would be shocked if it weren't already published, though.
Given that this is done on a video, I will have a different perception of this than a spectator actually standing there. Therefore, the production looks a bit obvious since I can't physically follow your misdirection.
The flip stick vanish needs a bit more vertical motion and less finger motion. Because your hands are barely moving there's nothing to hide what's actually happening, and your fingers closing just seals that deal. Also, your pinky position is, shall we say, odd. It looks like you're holding something hidden. Same thing with the next vanish, which is the same vanish but done vertically and with your other hand to hide it. Looks a bit blatant to me.
The vanish has potential, but as already said, that get ready is pretty blatant. Need to work on that a lot.
I would say that your biggest issues are finger positions while holding out and a lack of misdirection. A real presentation would cover some of that, other than a steady camera (going in and out of focus) and music. If someone has nothing other than your hands to focus on, this won't be all that great, but if you misdirect them a bit it could be quite solid. I think the foundation is good, but you'll need to practice it a lot more before it really reaches its potential.
