III is more sleights and utility moves whereas TOOC is more tricks and routines...
If you want to focus on creating your own tricks then get III; if you want the stuff set out for you to perform, get TOOC.

I was not going to say anything but:
These "This or That" topics are just rediculous.
Research, search, etc., then make an appropriate choice.
The two products many of you guys are "this or that" ing, are usually 100% different.
