I read the instructions then forgot and can't do it ahh need help!

When you open the app get to the homescreen page part of the routine and hold down on the settings icon for about 3 seconds. A page with an instructions option should be visible.

If you meant the app, then there you go, if you meant the actual rising card deck, send me a PM with a picture of you holding some kind of proof that you have it, and I'll be happy to send you instructions.

You could also delete and redownload the app in order to see the directions again
