Simple question, is the Trilogy here the same as the one I can buy on dananddave.com? There aren't any theory11 ads added inbetween the dvds or missing stuff is there? This is the real deal with %15 off?

The DVDs are exactly the same with the exception of the packaging.
When buying all three, the reason they are cheaper is because the Slipcase & Booklet are not included.
I like the case of my 1st edition Trilogy, although the booklet is kind of useless, it just tells you what tricks or flourishes, and the credits for them, I like the introduction though, it's kind of funny that you thought that if it has a discount than it's a rip-off, I got mine at penguin where it's cheaper than here
