Issue with uploading

Hello everybody !
First, I'm french so excuse me for my english. So, I tried to upload demonstration and explanation videos on the wire, they are 50 Mb and 320 Mb big and recorder in 720HD with the .mov extension. But every time I try to upload them, a message appear and say "An error occured uploading your file. IO".. I don't know what does that mean..
Do you have any solutions to this problem ?

Hey man,

I'm not a part of the theory 11 team so their might be a specific issue to your problem but I have had this issue before. I would recommend converting the files to a .mp4 format and using another browser such as Opera and try again, thanks.

Chances are it is your browser. I would use Google Chrome and try again. Those file sizes are plenty small enough so that isn't the issue.
I had received that same error many months ago and I was using Safari and / or Firefox on a Mac and once I switched to Google Chrome it was fine.
