Now that I've watched it I have a bit of further critique -
I don't have much to say about the flourishing itself, other than it seems like it's slower than it should be. Like you've learned the moves mechanically but haven't really gotten them down enough to do it a speed that flows. And transitions - in poi and such we work on 'flow' between one trick and another. It's often called flow arts, in fact. Being able to do one trick doesn't always impress, you've got to be able to move from one to the next smoothly. Even lower skilled tricks are more impressive if they flow well together (because it shows how much you've practiced and made it a part of yourself) than a complicated trick that has to be done in isolation. So I recommend working on transitioning from one thing to the next more smoothly.
And the magic - I'm seeing a lot of cramped hand positions which unfortunately give away the technique due to the camera being inches from your hands. Because we have nothing to focus on other than your hands, your technique has to be flawless and unfortunately you're just not there yet. I noticed it particularly in various palms and clips before doing color changes - your hand is often in a strange position that is simply not natural. Work on keeping your hand in a position that seems more natural and less like you are secret hiding something.
I think you've got some potential here. You clearly practice a lot and you are skilled. Some of those moves and changes looked pretty good - they just need refinement.
