Levitation???

Hi guys I am going to be performing magic at a dinner party and I want to do a really good levitation effect.

Do any of you have any recommendations??? I am straying towards the tarantula or the spider pen pro by yigal mesika.

Loops are the way to go. Reels like what you have mentioned are difficult to control.

Maybe it's just all the saw dust on my shoes but every time I see or hear the word "Levitation" in conjunction with Magic I envision people floating in the air . . . none of that tippy toe crap, but true levitations & suspensions and so, when I read this post the smart-azz in me instantly thought "Lighter Than Air" or maybe a simple "Super X". . .

I so miss the days when terms didn't envelop so many different paths.

I feel your pain flourishes, cardistry, street magic the vocab continues to evolve. I guess that's the same with many things in life. We can't call flip flops thongs anymore for similar reasons :/
