I seem to remember also seeing Criss Angel do this on Mindfreak. Anyone have any info on this effect?

If someone is selling it as a trick, I bet they'd get bashed pretty hard core. Derren Brown did a version of this as well.

I remember doing this in like 6th grade it's really simple, but I don't really want to expose it but I've never seen it for sale anywhere.

I can't remember the exact method, but I'm pretty sure it had something to do with shifting your weight or the positioning of the arms.
